Court

Business
Meeting with clients can be awkward enough without a language and/or cultural barrier. Languatek will ensure you make a great and lasting impression on your business partners with our interpreters and guides, who are highly trained professionals. They will make certain that you communicate both effectively and clearly, so that your business objectives can be realized. Our consulting interpreters are extremely competent linguists who are knowledgeable about the field in which they are working; many of them are also engineers, computer scientists, lawyers, professors, and doctors.
Definitions:
- Certified Interpreter: has passed a state, federal, or national exam offering accreditation for legal interpreting (i.e. American Translators Association, National Association for Judicial Interpreters and Translators, State Department Federal Interpreting Exam, Ontario Translators and Interpreters Association, university degrees in interpreting)
- Qualified Interpreter*: has demonstrated years of commercial and institutional interpreting experience and/or has been screened and trained by Languatek
- Multilingual Guide: a person with a high level of proficiency in at least two languages. Can be employed for such things as trade shows, tourism/sight-seeing, etc.
